i've recently just started getting into my E-mu e4X sampler. i don't have a scsi card, so i thought i'd try to load some.wav drum samples via floppy. let's just say it didn't work out so well. i knew midi sample dump was an option but didn't have much luck finder a freeware app that could do what i needed. in my search i noticed in the literature for Elektron's 'C6' software for the UW that 'it should work with most other devices'. fired it up and it's working great! i just need to send as a batch or else it'll keep over-writing a single sample to the first slot. thank you Elektron! (maybe some day i'll pick up a MD/UW and be a REAL user
