-dYea, the PEK in my first post stands for Poly Evolver Keyboard. Not interested. I have demoed both the Andy and PEK extensively. They are too clean, and even though they have analog oscillators, they don't have the warmth and prescense the classics did (to my ears anyway). They just don't sound as alive to me. More static.
As far as reliability goes, read up on the L.A.M.M. upgrade I was talking about. Gives the MemoryMoog modern day stability and an auto-tune feature for all 6 voices (3-oscillators for each voice for 18 total), and it actually works. Also gives full midi functionality to ALL knobs and switches. Stereo out instead of mono, AND a filter input. Read more here:
