I'm not sure if you can build specific midi out patches in the NM1. doesn't it just send standard midi CC?

yeah your right i was just wondering if anyone had set up the correct cc messages for each knob and save as a patch to save me time.
seems like the cc numbers the MD receives from the nord are are different from the ones quoted in the elektron manual for instance track one parameter 1 quoted as being cc 10 is atualy cc 16
It also looks like ill need 4 patches to control all parameters as on different midi channels.
Ill have to persevere.

yeah, the first four MD machine controllers are on a single midi channel, and the next four on the next midi channel etc..
this is why people need max/msp, would take about 5 minutes!

Why dont you like the MD encoders?

Would be very cool in the NM2 to send some midi envelopes and LFO's to the MD controller channels.

automata and noodles and all that shit....crazy

In the MD midi control reference the numbers are written as hexadecimal values 10 (read as 1, 0 not as ten) and is actually representing the deciaml value of 16.
