Don't worry jngpng. If you look at every thread that has erupted into useless bickering in the last month, Bounce was involved. He obviously has nothing better to do with his time than to purposely ignite useless arguing on a forum. He likes to try to make people feel stupid, just for the sake of argument. This suggests severe insecurity, and a real lack of any real life outside of computer forums. Before he came on board, this community was void of any negativity, and ALL posts were useful responses....oh well. Every forum needs one I guess.
Hmm, I wasn't aware that people could still post anonymously on here. I thought that had been disabled?
For the record, I have no problem with b0unce. We're having a discussion, and we disagree. That's fine. It's just a shame that we couldn't finish that discussion without devolving into laughing emoticons.

Well, I'd rather believe a place that is selling them then one who isn't. However, it really doesn't matter. The bottom line is that the street price is $749-799. I was just able to get one for $675.

WRONG = WRONG my friend.
it doesnt matter if Mr Akai, and his seven daughters made a conference call to Mr Harmony-central and said, in unison "THIRTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS, THIRTEEN HUNDRED. THIRTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS, THIRTEEN- oh - THIRTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS , print that pon the television screen"
its still fuckin wrong.
why the HELL doesnt this forum have an eye-rolling smiley ?
you seem stuck within the fallacy that harmony central are somehow RIGHT, because they were misinformed - if they were.
No, I'm just saying that the targets of your ire should be Akai not H-C, given that it's their fault that this incorrect price is everywhere. You're not seeing it that way because you want an MPC500 and are jizzing all over Akai right now.
If Tony Blair lies to the BBC about something, you don't blame the BBC rather than him do you?
