hello! i am using an old korg dss-1 12bit sampler. is it possible to get the samples via midi into my computer? does a program exist, which can import the data and converts it to waveform? does anybody know? thank you alex :-?

Alex, yes there is. Careful tho, I'm using my friend's dss-1 and his os started acting funky and he attributes it to this software (possibly?). I bought midi quest to correct it. Here is the site for all the great dss-1 stuff. I love the Samplevision program for messing with samples, it sounds old, tough and awesome. DSS-1 EVERYTHING SITE

mmmhhh, i really would like to, if i only had some samples on my computer yet ? at the moment i just have some 6 year old "audio-scetches" on minidisc ? just give me some time. i will post a mnm+dss1 song, as soon as i have finished it ? alex
