Susumu Yokota and revisiting all the older FSOL 'from the archives' stuff. I remember FSOL's grand proclamation that they were 'redefining electronica' with lifeforms... actually turned out to be true, I guess.

the film scores written by Warren Ellis and Nick Cave are pieces of indescribable beauty I find. re-discovered them recently and am still baffled how beautiful those are. just check "the assassination of blahblalhyadada you know whatever..." O.S.T

I bought Nauseous Youth Future.....check him out its on the broken fader control label....not a ton of info on the guy but it sounds great...there is a few tracks up on YouTube

Another shout out here for the incredible Haxan Cloak - Excavation LP
Just listened for the first time tonight ... An incredibly dark deep & imaginative record, so skilfully put together. Certainly one of the best things I've heard this year so far.

Yes, I was also blown away be The Haxan Cloak album yesterday. One track that starts with a vocal sample snippet scared the life out of me when it started!
I had to listen to Bloom by Beach House afterwards to balance out the darkness
