That symbol looks like a lock to me, also underneath the Track 6 button there is a "Lock" button.

or it could be OD, but Oscillator Digital is what I hope it does not stand for.

Or the 6 could also be a cyrillic b or a g? That makes things even more silly though.

Still hoping for something like FM + additive + wavetable with analog filters and a great elektron interface. The number of hybrids with a good interface AND easily available is very low - if you factor in NEW too there isn't any competition.

Yamaha bought Sequential, so they probably own the Six Track name, not DSI. I can't see why either Yamaha or DSI would be willing to license the name to a competitor like Elektron. Nor can I see why Elektron would be willing to pay to do so when they have a history of coming up with perfectly good names on their own.

well if it is an analog mm mk3 maybe that means that an md mk3 is in the pipeline too?? not really pushed about an analog md mk3, but i'd love for the md to have ot-like sample/memory/storage, wiith its more traditional kit/pattern/song structure.
