The two remaining tracks will be used for sequencing the internal effects. You can send the analog voices or the ext in to the 2 effects tracks.

TOS brought up a very important point, i feel we should all step back for a second and wreckanize, does it come with a xylophone, maybe a shovel?

seriously though, i do like their video teasers, assuming that the sounds in this video do come from the analog4 or whatever it is well they sound pretty awesome and a very wide range of sounds

i have a tiny hope that the a lot of patching/routing can be done, a semi modular in a way, man that would be so rad, imagine plocks that can have completely different routing, like a modular synth with totally different patches for each plock if you wanted, just insane haha

So, 4 voice (2 Osc per voice?) analog, and 6 tracks. Once you've used up the 4 analog voices (whether 1 per track or some other combo; eg 2 and 2 or all 4 on one track using 4-note chords), then the rest of the tracks will be FX machines, or perhaps some digital machines that don't count against the "4 voices" of analog? We'll see....

Has any info been leaked on how the OS will be? Will it need allot of work and have bugs like the OT? It took quite some time to get it all debugged and and just right... I am just wondering about this new piece...hoping it's ret to go out of the box

2 analog oscillators plus noise generator all going thru digital filters and fx

Many bugfixes in the OT firmware were due to the sound engine, sampling functions and filesystem/CF card problems.
Since the A4 is analog, has no CF card and likely can re-use code from the OT, it should not feel as "beta" as the OT (unless it ships without MIDI lol).

I hope this time they don't forget to include a simple "edit" button, like they did on the OT.
