Okay I am probably gonna cop some shit on this comment... Thread is 42 pages long so it is obvious some of you are salivating over the new release... What I am wondering is to those that just have the Trinity are you not concerned that your productions are going to have that Elektron sound?

Flak in 3... 2... 1...
If I get this (price dependent) I'd have the Mono, MD and Analog Four - all my sample based beat work is handled by Maschine and I'd keep the Nord 2X rack, Z1 and Supernova Rack and probably part with the rest. That said my choice is price dependent and my sound relies heavily on Logic's Sculpture, Tassman and ACE so this isn't really a concern for me. That said I quite like the Elektron sound so I don't see it being to big an issue. Price is of greater concern truth be told and it may end up being more economical to get a HardMod Modular or something like the Pittsburg Foundation (which is pretty stellar sounding and can easily be sampled). We shall see but I can't imagine this being very cheap in all honesty.
Well, I'm not a Trinity user, but with the Octatrack at least there's not so really a problem with the "Elektron sound", as it's a sampler. I used the Monomachine for a couple months and it definitely had a distinctive sound to it, though I'm sure you can push it pretty far. Is the Mnm something you guys would say you can easily pick out of a mix?

Can't speak to the MD.
You know what that is probably what I am saying...
