Hm i think someone else must already have posted this one:

Id like to have die indivudual outs on the machinedrum working like they do on the monomachine.

In my opinion, there are two things that make them completely useless if you are not working on a daw or any other further processing devices; first they are mono, so youd have to use your mixer for panning, which is awkward. Second its completely unhandable when jamming live. If they at least where assigned per kit, so you didnt need to change the global slot when changing patterns. also there are only 8 global slots but 128 patterns. whats the point with this ?? i dont get it.

In my special case im having a compressor triggered via sidechain by the bassdrum, in order to duck the whole mix, so this is a quite common thing. Its impossible for me to get some part of the machinedrum through the compressor while letting some other parts, for example the snare and kick itself, on which ducking wouldnt make much sense, bypass the compressor in a suitable way.

to me it's the biggest shortcoming of the MD/MnM..

thats exactly what i want too. its so much easier to record on the fly then programming in songmode.

Has anyone suggested the ability to plot in a note and let the pitch be either:
- random
- random within a range
- random within a scale/+range
- one of several prechosen pitches
This should be fairly easy to implement. I know it can be sort of done via pattern chaining/changing patterns but for live-sessions it would be awesome.

Would love to be able to restore a single tracks parameters at a time after using the FUNCTION + DATA ENTRY trick...

this feauture would definately add some spice to it.

After a groove at home or at a club with your MD, you press a button and like a Genie from a bottle, out pops the person of your dreams! Or maybe the Corporeal re-integrator transmogrifies the MD into... well name your poison ( say Barbarella, Druuna or Wendy O. Williams- Mohawk style !)
You dance, "have fun" then the "MD/guest" makes you lunch, dinner or breakfast, then its back into the bottle, the carriage turns back into a pumpkin etc.
Now that would be a feature that would end all features!
Could you all pull that one off?
