hmmm a simpler way to put/edit swing per individual trig ?

MD - Exclude some parameters on a track from being modified with the CTR-AL/Function+Knob.
Kind of like Lock.

For example, it's terrible to function+twist a knob and you turn up the volume of the input machines.

this feature alone would make me sooooo much more productive w/the elektrons.

to me it's the biggest shortcoming of the MD/MnM..

thats exactly what i want too. its so much easier to record on the fly then programming in songmode.

Realtime song-mode recording should and could be implemented in a way inspired by Ableton Live. Big +1

1. Reset Kit (Function+Classic/Extended) Undo

2. Enabling Audio Input without using a Input-Machine - i thing it could be done in the global settings.... [edit] and a Stereo-Input-Machine would also be nice

3. Midi-Machines - Controll settings and Values in different pages...

4. Page Copy&Paste of all Tracks - using the Scale+Copy not beeing in the Track/Record Mode - after pressing the Scale+Paste there should be a posibility to select the source and the target page.

5. A real Song Mode:

in comparison to the yamaha rm1x, the current current MD song-mode is only a pattern-chain-mode.

A reals song-mode would be nothing else than a very long pattern. The position/page could be set via wheel (not with the pattern page / scale key)

A pattern-chain-song could be converted to a reals song...

Alls functionality would be the same like in the pattern mode, also the live recording (record+play)

the only addition would be the posibility to change the kit or the machine at any position.

It would be nice if a song would be pattern and kit independent...so any pattern changes would not effect the song...

6. Merging the CTRL-RE (Echo) and CTRL-GB (Reverb) to one CTRL Machine, and for completeness also the CTRL-EQ and CTRL-DX Machines.... would be nice too...

^ I don't think it's ever exact, but it would be good to know when you get to a step that is closest to a semi-tone on a given machine.

*128 beat bar length* - not to harp on about how cool the crappy MC-303 was - but if that machine was capable of long bar lengths surely the coolest drum machine/sequencer/sampler in the world should be...just do it!!!

Songmode edit parameter lock not affected original patterns.

Songmode record.

Pc/Mac editor.

Save kit setting of patterns.

Change patterns at 1/2 bar (not at the end of pattern)
