Bug fixes

Undo function not available with external sync. Fixed.
3/4 tempo speed drops parameter locks. Fixed.
CTR-DL/GB/EQ/DX hung the machine when switching between
different kits. Fixed.

You'll be able to do finer tuning of parameters.

So tuning samples past +/- 12st, drums etc will now be much more accurate?
