this website and got the following quote:

USPS airmail shipping is $12, or a total of $34.49.I didn't end up buying a cover because I can't work out how it'll fit with the cables at the back (I guess you'd have to plug/unplug the cables every night.. Unless you get the back side shorter etc etc).
