I've made a little app for OS X 10.7+
It's for renaming / sorting sound patches.
It reads & writes .syx files or talks with your Analog Four via USB.
Check it out, it's kinda basic, so if you think the app is missing essential features, post feedback here!

You can open multiple .syx files (CMD+O), the app will parse all A4 sounds and add them to the table. There you can rename the sounds and change the save position for the A4. Sort the list alphabetically or by save position.
Delete selected sounds from the list with CMD+Backspace.
Select one or more sounds and hit save (CMD+S), it will write them to a .syx file.
Alternatively, connect your A4 via USB. Hit Receive, and send sounds from your A4's SysEx dump menu. After you made your changes, select the sounds you want to send back to the A4 and hit Send.
