I must've been lucky then, mine's been delivering power to the MD for 9+ years without any hassle....

Funny how some things have a life of their own and tend to change into undisputed truth within the net. There sure is difference between MKI and MKII units in terms of power supply, but I wouldn't make such a hasted conclusions.

To Sam: I would indeed contact Elektron about it and see what they can do about it. I'm sure they will help you. :)

That was simply a problem I had with the MKI units that has not proven to be true with the IIs....

Made this track with samples from an old stereo test record,

bass and bleeps are monomachine and percussion is MD...

It's a bit crackly and 'lo-fi', but I think I'm just gonna leave it like that

I got my quiklok rack about 6 or 7 years ago, Im sure it was the previous RS-10 model but its hard to find a pic on google images seems strange they'd make the newer model less stable

you want to make sure that your MD and MnM midi channels are the same.

right now, it sounds like the MD is set to 1-4 and so it the MnM.

make sure to set the MnM to something OTHER than 1-4 (make note if you're using a midi keyboard that the cc#s will be adjusted then).

Hey guys :)
I have my MD set as master to my MNM
All is well but the MD keeps playing recording the synth parts of the MNM without me doing anything...Ends in chaos once they start playing.

Very frustrating.

Could someone just type out the correct global settings for the MD [master] to MNM [slave]

I've been trying for two hours and no success....
